Ben Jans has been a Real Estate salesman in the Sioux Center area since 1974. Ben became an Iowa Real Estate Broker in 1976. His successful business led him to become a corporation in 1978. The main areas of sales he can help you with are buying or selling residential properties, business properties, acreages, and land.

Our office is located at 236 8th Street NE in Sioux Center, Iowa (located from Ashley Furniture on N. Highway 75, 2 blocks East). In 1974 Ben also began providing our area with expert auctioneering services-- especially helpful when you choose to auction farmland. Merlin Zwart		 Broker Associate, Merlin Zwart of Sioux Center became a realtor in 1988. In 1991 he joined Jans Real Estate Inc. with a salesman license. In 2000 he continued his education in real estate. As of Jan. 2001, Merlin received his broker’s license. Today he lists and sells real estate. He also owns and operates Zwart Construction, Inc., remodeling and building new houses since 1973.
